You can use the instruction manual that came with your computer to show you how to get there. If you follow all of the suggestions recommended, with no success, then going on the Internet and typing in the precise problem you are having with your computer will allow you to be able to read many comments from others who might have experienced the same things with their computer and try the different methods they found that helped them.

If you are someone who does not really know that much about computers in the first place, you will need to be very cautious when making changes that might alter your computer settings. There is always a place in your help section where you can go and have your computer set back to a previous date before things started to slow down and mess up.
