How to Run Windows Applications on Linux

Step1 Download VMware.

Step2 Find out what distribution of Linux you are running. This will affect how you install the VMware software.

Step3 Follow the instructions according to the Linux distribution you use. Instructions should be included as a "read me" file when you download the Linux software, or can be found at the Web site where you downloaded it.

Step4 With VMware installed, you can run Windows applications while both the Windows and Linux operating systems are running.
