It features zooming of the webpages, quick searching at the search engine of your choice, email via Opera or the email program of your choice, news (Usenet) reading, turning off pop-up windows, choice of "windows on desktop" or "windows within Opera", setting sounds to go with actions, numerous accessibility options, easy on-off of scripting, optional setting as default browser for file extensions of your choice, identification as other browsers, detailed history and cache control. Opera has a much more flexible bookmarks / favorites system than IE or Netscape.
