Screensaver Does Not Uninstall

On the screensavers on the screensaver pick list, I'm not exactly sure what the problem is because I haven't seen or heard of the problem before, except with adware-type installations (and I've read that a lot of "free screensavers" have adware included with them).

I did some Google searching and found that some screensavers are designed to be a real bear to uninstall.

Assuming those "uninstallable" ones are not the issue, the uninstall process probably left stuff in the WIndows Registry. Many programs do not clean up properly after themselves.

You might want to try one of the various registry repair tools. Most have free trials -- they will scan and identify what they find and can fix, but you'll have to buy a copy to do the fixes. Try one or more of these and see if it will find the items.
