Show Tool in Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional allows you to control whether and how the comments contained in your PDF documents are displayed. You can hide or show all or only some comments that .

Start Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional and open a PDF file containing your comments you would like to control if and how it shows.

Click on the arrow next to "Show" button in the "Comment and Markup" toolbar to display the options that can be used with the tool .

Select Show "Show comment" to show the "Show Comments" panel at the bottom of the screen. This shows all comments that are included in the PDF document. In this panel you can see the details, type or print. You can select the option "Hide Comments List" of the "Show" to close this panel .

Click "Hide all comments" to hide all the comments in the PDF document. You can show again by clicking the "Show all comments" to the selection "Show" drop-down list button .

Point Show by Type, by Critical View, "" Show status "or "Show Checked by State" and click to make a choice about what kind of comment you want to display the PDF .

Choose "Open All Pop-Ups" or "Minimize All Pop-Ups" by the "Show" drop-down list to control whether the pop-ups are shown in the PDF or not.
