How to Change the Paper Size for a Print Job

You can change the paper size for a print job. This will allow you to print on paper of different sizes, including envelopes and index cards. These instructions should work for most Windows applications.

Step 1 Open the File menu and click Print.

Step 2 Click on Properties.

Step 3 Click the Settings tab.

Step 4 Click on Paper Size. A list of paper sizes will appear.

Step 5 Select the size you want.

Step 6 If none of the selections are suitable, select Custom. A box will appear inviting you to set your own measurements. Enter the width and length that you want.

Step 7 Click OK.
