What do you do if you need to have the content of multiple MS Word documents in one document?
You probably open all the files and select all the content, click on CTRL+C and then CTRL+V in the new document. This is a way but there is another option.
I have these two document called page1.doc and page2.doc.
Now I want them both in one Word Document.
· If you want to merge those two documents into one you’ll need to open a new Document.
· Select both documents (I have them selected on my desktop) and press CTRL+C.
· Now go back to Microsoft Word and click on the page once.
· Press CTRL+V
· And both documents are merges into one document.
But this isn’t all the magic. If you click on one of the two pages you’ll see a border. This means that the document is pasted as a picture. This can have a negative side but it can also be very useful.
If you now change something in the document page1.doc then this will also change automatically in the merged document so you’ll have to edit both documents only once.
