Print the Entire Excel Workbook Instead of Only Printing Your Excel Spreadsheet

|

If you are working in Microsoft Excel and you press the print button or hit CTRL+P, the print defaults are that you only print the Excel Spreadsheet that you are working in.

If you only work on one Spreadsheet this isn’t a problem but if you are working with let’s say 10 sheet at the same time this could be an issue.

There are two options besides opening and printing each Excel Sheet.

The first is go to file, select print and then select the Entire Workbook in the dialog box (or press CTRL+P).

The Second option is to select the first sheet tab, hold down the Shift key, select the last sheet tab, and then click the Print tool on the toolbar (or again press CTRL+P).

Now your entire workbook will be printed.
