Turn Off Automatic Numbered Lists

Microsoft Word is a pretty nifty program, lot’s of features and cool tools to use but Word also has some pretty irritating settings. One of them is that Microsoft Word automatically assumes that when you begin a new line with a number that you are creating a numbered list. And today I want to show you how you can turn off automatic numbered lists.

To turn off automatic numbered lists you’ll need to do this:

Click on the Office button.
Select Word Options
Select Proofing
Autocorrect Options

Select the tab AutoFormat as you tpe
And Uncheck Automtic numbered list

And click OK
