Removal
If you are someone that does not want to use the Network Setup Wizard utility, there are ways of removing this utility from your personal computer. To remove your Network Setup Wizard, navigate to "Control Panel" and "Add or Remove Programs." From here, select "Add or Remove Windows Components" located along the left-hand side of the screen. Select "Network Services" and "Other Network and Printing Services" from the list of utilities and click "Next." Windows will then walk you through the uninstall process and you will remove the Network Setup Wizard.
Changing the Settings in Windows
Removing programs and utilities in Windows should not cause you too many problems unless you have removed a vital utility. If, for some reason, you need to restore your computer, remember that you can always boot your computer from a restore CD and reset all of the factory settings.
